Ingredientes: Juniper, saffron gathered on the isle of Menorca, ginger, aloe vera, cardamom and orange are Saffron Island’s ingredients. A gin that was first distilled on Isla Pinto, or “Saffron Island”, in Port Mahon by British sailors in the 18th century.

Saffron Island is the result of a merger between Xoriguer Distilleries and iSafrà.

Both of these island producers, following a craft production process, blend tradition and innovation into a premium gin that imbibes the history of Menorca and its period as a British possession.
